Let me say that without our Patti, we would be weeks further away from the process of closing our home. She has been amazing. She has been consistently one step ahead and leading me toward the next goal. We are buying our new and selling our existing home. On Patti's advice, we moved money around to make sure we could make an offer on a house that didn't require our current home to be sold. Her experience in the marketplace proved wise, as we were able to find a house and get it moving efficiently. I talked to several lenders, and none of them offered as many solutions as Patti did. After reviewing many the rates we received, we were able to see where the loan rates were coming in. The package that Patti put together provided the most valuable. Not the cheapest, but the most realistic. It seems like everyone tries to lure you in with low interest rates, but when the smoke clears there are buydown hidden costs and expensive closings that add to the cost of the package. Patti was very clear about options and help me find the best features needed. Trust is the most important piece of the process. Patti was consistently available to help me understand the process.
